"The Rise and Fall of Gurus"

by Janaka

 Dear God,

How amazingly treacherous is the path we tread upon this earth. What an adventure; what a game. A game with nothing to lose, but eternity at stake. By Your Grace seekers do rise, by their good deeds, purification, study of the scriptures, associating with the wise, having compassion towards others and forgiveness of so-called debts.

And wise ones they become, bathed in Your Glow, radiating like lamps in the night. Many seekers come to these risen ones by Your Grace. And around the wise ones the seekers sit, and pray and bow, and Your Light gets confused with the form of the wise one, and pictures of the Holy Man or Woman becomes like wall paper. Then every scrap o of food touched by him or her the seekers pounce upon like hungry dogs and call it prasad, and every drop of spittle is collected in urns and placed on alters, forgetting You, the Formless and Form of All, and call this wise one God.

Ramana has said that the Guru and You are One; but how rare is the true Guru who, like You, is neither moved by praise or blame, gifts or curses, who rests in the Peace of the Needless. The Guru and You are One because You both dwell in the Silence of Being where not two but One exists.

So many, dear God, rise by Your Grace into the heights of Consciousness. Then by the adoration of their followers are bitten by the snakes of vices, and fall back to the world of men. The snake of lust with the cravings for the fire of passion, the fire of creation, few can escape its bite.

And so it has happened again that one of great spiritual stature was born into this time to lead millions back to the Awareness of You. How mischievous is the Maya, the Veiling, of Yours, that even he with the dark crown of hair and the orange robe, who has walked beside me in my dreams, guiding, protecting, laughing, seems to have been bitten by the serpent of lust and the glamour of powers.

You have sent me high at times and plunged me low, and I am beginning to remember that my/Your being neither rises nor falls. Yet I have not millions of followers or great titles about my name, so I can witness the turning of the wheel; and I can admit the wrong actions, and admit the wrong tendencies - the same tendencies I see in him.

However, to be caught in admirers’ definitions, what deceptions are needed to maintain the gilded walls.

‘Know there is One, but act as though there is two,’ Ramana warned. There is only You, and nothing in Truth affects You, the Self we all are. This I know behind my petty thoughts, my surging emotions and my decaying body. And I know that this teacher who is named the Father of Truth is none but the Self. Yet I would not send my young son, who is also the Self, to remain alone with him in a room.

Ramakrishna said that God is in everything and everything is in God, even the tiger. Still you do not go and hug the tiger. You see God in the tiger from a distance.

The world is full of tigers and perhaps the most ferocious of the tigers are the fallen gurus. They are the ones who fall from standing in Your glow, to only intellectually talking about You. And since they are not fully established in You they pretend to be. Others, their followers who are rising in You in their awareness, are secretly seen by the fallen ones with contempt, and become held back to stay below the level of the teacher.

I know. I have seen it lurk, this spitefulness, in me. It is called jealousy. Jealousy arising from the feeling that another is loved more by You than I am. I know there is no other for You, nothing outside of You Who is All There Is, and so my knowing Self can only smile at such thoughts. However, if I was defined by a host of others and by myself as an Avatar, God, an Enlightened One, a Master, an Angel, perhaps I would not see such thoughts. And in the darkness of denial, they would stir their poisonous brew.

Dear God, maybe You have so many who are sitting in the place of Authority fall into depravity that each one of us, each individual expression of You will at last no longer look outward for the Answer. Maybe we just need to sit still, with body quiet, mind at rest, emotions calm, and listen. Listen to You whispering in the Silence:

Be still and know I am God.

"Attack on America"

A Personal Perspective from Gregg Braden

What we must bear in mind is that the choices made in the next hours and days will set the course of human history for generations to come.

Our world changed on September 11, 2001. This is, perhaps, the one fact of which we may be absolutely certain during a time of tremendous uncertainty. It has been approximately 48 hours since the tragedy that has fallen upon the United States began. The fact that it has taken two days to write about what we have experienced tells me how deeply I have been affected by the horror of the events that we have witnessed, along with the rest of the world, in ways that may take months, or longer, to fully comprehend.

I had just arrived in Melbourne, Australia for a series of conferences when the local programming was interrupted with the first images of devastation and the unforgettable images of a burning New York City skyline. Witnessing the tragedy and grief of our country, while being half a world away, has truly been a profound experience. Additionally, it has afforded me a unique opportunity to see America through the eyes of the people in another land. The experience has truly been life-altering.

We Are Not Alone

During the taxi ride from my hotel to the airport on the first day of the repor ts, people were openly sobbing in the hotel lobby, on the streets, sidewalks and through the airport concourses. Everywhere I turned, crowds were huddled around television monitors hoping to glean additional information from U.S. stations - something that would help them to make sense of the horror they were witnessing from the live video feeds that have now become engrained into our memories.

What has become abundantly clear during the last two days is that the U.S. is not alone in this time of grief and tragedy. Immediately following the first reports, our office began receiving emails of sympathy and support from our friends throughout the world, messages from nearly every continent.

The outpouring of sympathy, friendship and unity from our Australian neighbors has been particularly overwhelming. The many messages of condolence for our country, the loss of families and rescue teams that I have received personally have been constant, heartfelt, and they continue. As I am writing this memo, teams of Australian firefighters and relief crews are making plans to arrive in New York when the airspace is opened again, to offer relief to the teams that have been working nonstop for nearly three days. While we may not hear of it on a daily basis, this was a reminder of the powerful bond and deep friendship that exists between the US and the rest of our Global family.

Where Do We Go From Here?

The tragedy that has fallen upon our nation has placed world leaders, and individuals alike, into the uneasy position of uncharted territory. There are no models, strategies or manuals, no one to turn to with detailed procedures as to where we go from here. How are we to respond to such an unconscionable act carried out by faceless perpetrators resulting in unimaginable losses? How do our leaders balance the anger of a nation with the most sophisticated arsenal of military power that the world has ever known? History has shown us that there are no "pat", predetermined answers to these questions. There are only our choices that result from what we know and believe to be true, information that changes by the hour.

In the aftermath of the last hours and days, the magnitude of what has happened is surpassed only by the uncertainty of what comes next. This, by far, is the greatest fear that I have heard expressed. The events that have unfolded leave us at a particularly perilous crossroads teetering between our emotions of outrage and the need for retribution and a longing for reason. What are we to "do" next?

What we must bear in mind is that the choices made in the next hours and days will set the course of human history for generations to come.

The magnitude of the events within the last days has opened a deep wound in the consciousness of our nation and the civilized world; a void that seeks to be filled quickly, to balance the emptiness. Whatever rushes in to fill the void of our nation's loss will set the stage for events of lasting consequences and irreversible effects. Do we fill the void with an overwhelming display of force and power to quell the pain of a grieving nation, or do we fill the void with the measured response of a nation demonstrating to the world that we have truly entered an unprecedented era of dealing with conflict through new and innovative ways?

Albert Einstein stated that the problems of our world cannot be solved with the same thinking that created the problems to begin with. The events of September 11, 2001 may well represent the first opportunity in the new millennium for the most powerful nation in the history of the earth to demonstrate to the world that there is another way to deal with those who oppose our ideals of peace and freedom. The choices that we make as a people will define us as a nation and lay the foundation of global policies for generations to come.

What Do We Do?

Clearly, there is nothing that can justify the unthinkable acts of tragedy and pre-meditated attacks that have resulted in the loss of so many lives. Just as clearly, there is nothing that we can do to any individual or any nation to bring back the immeasurable number of lives that have been lost.

Our office has been flooded with telephone calls and email messages asking a simple question: "What do we do?"

I will be the first to state clearly that I do not have "the answer" to this question. Each individual must find a way to reconcile the events of the last days in their minds and in their hearts. Sometimes it helps to break the big problems into manageable pieces. I offer the following as guidelines only, in an effort to serve those who have asked for recommendations and guidance.

With these ideas in mind, our first actions must be near-term:
1. To care for our own.
*To search for survivors.
*To support our rescue and recovery teams, our governmental and organizational leaders.
Clearly our nation has been attacked. We must demonstrate that not only has the attack failed to fragment our country, it has melded our nation into a unified force of support and solidarity.
*To take the necessary precautions to secure our nation in the presence of the very real threat of additional attacks.

2. To choose our response wisely and responsibly
*To understand that the policies of "globalization" have melded us into a global family. The choices made over the next days and weeks will affect all people of all nations and have the potential of lasting consequences for the quality of life and the future of our world.
*To invoke our power of prayer, a very real power that quantum science now defines as our ability to participate in a unified web of energy that links all of creation.
*Through our prayers, empower our leaders to choose wisely, with the guidance of our creator, for the good of all people with the long-term vision of a global peace rather than a short-term goal of balancing an act of terror.

3. Ultimately, to realize that there is no "them" and "us."
We share the same world and there is a "we" - different aspects of the same conscious body. When the dust has settled, ultimately, we must look deep within ourselves to know what it is within ourselves that is mirrored by increasingly greater acts of terror and destruction. From dysfunctional families, to school shootings, to acts of terror against the United States on foreign soil, to the attacks upon our own soil, we are witnessing a pattern of increasingly greater acts of anger and lack of respect for human life directed toward Americans. Imposing a military action on the "outside" does not change the thinking that led to the acts to begin with. If we have the wisdom to recognize the language of "mirrors," we will have witnessed an obvious indication of the need for change.

The Prayer

Though we may each feel as though we are being tested, the oldest texts of humankind suggest that moments such as this can become less of a test and more of an opportunity to demonstrate to the world, and to one another, precisely the kind of people and nation that we have become.

As we consider our response to the tragedies, we must remember that we are no longer responding alone. Our response will have implications that reach deep into the hearts and the streets of our closest allies and most distant neighbors. While a response is certainly warranted, the world is looking to us, the most powerful nation in the history of the earth, to temper our response with reason, justice and a consideration for our global family and collective future.

I invite you to join me in a prayer empowering our leaders with the wisdom of a greater power as they implement their choices of response. Utilizing our "lost mode of prayer" identified in the Great Isaiah Scroll, where we feel as if the outcome has already occurred, rather than asking for intervention, our prayer may begin as:

Dear God,
In this time of great tragedy, we give thanks for the courage within our leaders to recognize the difference between the anger in their minds, the wisdom of their hearts and the courage to act wisely in their choices.

May each leader have the strength to act for the good of all people, in all nations and our collective future as a global family.

Through this prayer we claim that peace, democracy and human life are stronger and more enduring than the buildings that symbolize them. We breathe life into their existence from the dust of hate that is transformed by our soil.

For these blessings in our lives, we give thanks,

Amen

My prayer is that these insights are meaningful to you in your life. Without doubt, the world changed on September 11, 2001. What remains to be seen is precisely how the change unfolds.

Many blessings of peace,

"Obstacles to Change"

by Selacia

Obstacles to Change
The Council of 12 through Selacia *May 2002
  .
Note from Selacia:
We are in times of great transition as the illusions we have based our lives upon come to light and we move bravely forward in search of changing our limited human condition.   Everyone is in the midst of change, even those who do not recognize that they are changing.  Change is a natural part of life.  We face many challenges as we seek positive change, and this article is meant to address some of the obstacles found in the journey of most people.  The article is a follow-up to a two-part series, A New View of Change, written in February and March 2000.

The Council of 12

Nearly all of you say you want to change something about yourself and your life. You want things to be different than they appear to be.

Even though you are constantly changing and evolving, you seek particular changes that you believe will bring you more joy and peace.  You seek changes that will help you move beyond the pain and suffering of the typical human life.  The changes you seek relate to transforming aspects of the human experience that you find limiting.  You seek to speed up what you label as positive changes, desiring to manifest them as quickly as possible.

Most people seek to change themselves based on a reference point of believing they are not OK as they already are.  They spend their lives trying to fix what they perceive as being wrong about themselves. They are ignorant of their Divine perfection.  From that same limited reference point, there is also a normal human tendency to see things as being worse than they really are.  When you operate from this reference point, you always see yourself under a much darker cloud than actually exists.  No matter what obstacle you are facing, you do not see it clearly and therefore your vision of how to resolve it is clouded.  The Divine, seeing the same obstacle that you do, can
see the many creative solutions and opportunities for growth.

Why does it often seem so difficult to change the things you know you want to change?

Changing Your Mind:
In order to have real and lasting positive change in your life, it is necessary to change your viewpoint about yourself and how you experience life.  It is not enough to simply wish for a new relationship or a fulfilling career.  You must be willing to change your mind.  To do that, you need to become more conscious of what really runs your mind and to get in control of your mind instead of allowing it to control you. There are many tools, including DNA healing with its related core belief clearing process, that can be helpful in taming the mind.  Such tools are useful in uncovering and healing deeply-held belief systems that originate from a false view of the Self.   These outmoded beliefs, typically hidden from view because they reside in your subconscious, will provide continual obstacles to positive change until you root them out of your being.

Belief Systems:
You have belief systems about yourself, about others, and about the numerous aspects of life and living. You have beliefs about change itself.  Most people are conditioned, for example, to believe that change is difficult and can only be achieved through struggle or by force.  Consider whether you hold any of these beliefs about change and the process of change:

It is hard to change. It is useless to ask for the changes I desire, because I doubt they will happen or because I doubt they will happen in a way that I am happy with the outcome. I hate change. I distrust change. The more things change, the more they stay the same.   The older I get, the more difficult it is to change. If you do not complain, nothing will change. Change is accompanied by pain or loss. I am a victim of change. I am afraid that I will be somehow worse off after an anticipated change.  I am stuck with the way I am or with situations that I do not like. I doubt I can make the changes I desire, or that I have the persistence to make the changes.  I am afraid of the unknown and what change might look like, so I would rather stay the way I am. There are so many things about my life I would like to change, that I do not know where to begin, so I focus my energies on other things I feel I can do something about. I must make change happen.

Feeling Hopeless In The Face Of Change:
It is normal to feel hopeless in the face of change. It is also normal to feel helpless about being able to orchestrate the positive change you desire.  Even though these responses are normal to the human experience, they are not your natural way of being. Your natural response, when conditioned by remembering your true Divine nature, is to partner with the Divine to allow the appropriate changes to occur.  The key to success is your remembering to invite the Divine to become an integral partner in all that you do.   When you connect with the Divine in this way, and allow the Divine to show you how to change, you will discover that change can occur with ease and grace rather than through suffering.

Changing The Focus:
If you really want to change, you must also be willing to refocus your energies and attention so that you live from the perspective of the present instead of the past.   You have a choice in each moment of whether to react to your past or to move on in your present. What does it mean to react to the past?  You do this when you focus on a past circumstance or object that you do not currently have.  In the past, for example, you might have enjoyed living in a particular house, neighborhood or city.   In the present, you may no longer live in this place, and you may have regrets about having made the move away from what you thought you loved.  Regrets keep you chained to the past.  You also react to the past when you focus on relationships you enjoyed at some earlier time.  The person you focus upon may not still be in your life, or your relationship with them may well have shifted, yet there is a tendency to view that relationship through its previous outdated energy.  When you do this, you are operating from your past rather than from your present. You also focus on the past when you hold a grudge against someone for something that happened long ago.

Each Step Represents Powerful Energy:
Each step you take in the process of change either moves you closer to clarity and enlightenment or further away from it.  This is because your thoughts and actions are powerful energy.  They either represent truth or they represent falseness.  They are not neutral.  Therefore, each thought and action has its effects upon your experience.  You can accelerate your personal transformation process by making the decision to become more conscious of your thoughts and actions.  Ask yourself daily which thoughts and actions have brought you closer to clarity and which have taken you further into confusion.  Ask yourself how important it is to you to be free from confusion.

Persistence, Patience And Kindness:
As you make your personal inventory of thoughts and actions, remember to be kind and gentle with yourself.  Punishing yourself for being in confusion will not get you to where you want to go.  It is not helpful to slap yourself on the wrist, making yourself wrong for taking seemingly too long to change.  However, it is important to persist with your transformation process for long enough to make deep, lasting changes.   When you are changing something about yourself at a profound level, remember that you did not become the way you are overnight.  Therefore, as tempting as it is to desire immediate change, remind yourself that there really are no quick-fix solutions.   If you stick with your inner process, having the patience to weather the times when it seems like you will never change, the Divine can assist you in developing the awareness and clarity needed for making the changes you seek.

Distractions And Roadblocks:
Being persistent with your own process of transformation also means living from a reference point of intention rather than from one of being a victim.  When you operate from intention, you do not allow the distractions of life to get you off-track. You do not wait for the mood to be perfect before you act.  You allow the Divine to fuel you with inspiration, confidence, and determination.   You do not allow other people or circumstances to distract you from your goal.  You refuse to resort to excuses and blame, but instead invite the Divine to help keep you on-track with making the changes that are in your highest good.

Being Specific In What You Ask For:
How many times have you noticed that you do not like the change you asked for when it shows up in your life?  A relationship, for example, may enter your life as a result of your focus and intention.  It helps to be specific in what you ask for when you seek change.  You may ask to be in a romantic relationship, but if you neglect to be specific about the kind of relationship you desire, or about the qualities you seek in the partner, you could be disappointed with what shows up.  Allow your Higher Self and intuitively guided reason to assist you in setting your specific intentions for change.

Fallout From Change:
It is normal to have fallout when you are in a transformational process.  What happens frequently, though, is that you judge this fallout as wrong.  You do not like the feeling you experience in the midst of the changes, so you attach a negative label to the experience.  It is more helpful to view the fallout as a natural aspect of your growth, and to allow for self-nurturing while you seek to move back into balance.

As you move out of confusion and into more clarity in the days to come, we surround you with our love and blessings.

"Obstacles to Change, Part 2"

by Selacia

--Manifesting A Tangible Connection With The Divine--

Messages from The Council of 12
Transmitted through Selacia * June 2002

Note from Selacia:
("It is said that to change yourself is to do your part in changing the world.   As was stated in the previous article, Obstacles to Change Part I, nearly everyone feels they want to change something about themselves and their condition of life.   Likewise, it is a universal desire to want change within the world.  Those dedicated to walking a spiritual path learn that they must look to the Divine to reveal the steps leading to the desired changes within themselves. These people often say they would like more connection with spirit in their lives so that they have a tangible awareness when the Divine is revealing the most appropriate and beneficial steps towards change. Why is it that spiritual seekers often are unable to manifest a tangible connection with the Divine?  This article is meant to address some of the obstacles found in the journey of most people.")

Each of you has a natural longing to make the Divine more tangible and real.  You live in a world that for eons of time has separated spirit from the physical world.   When you realize how separated you have become from your true spiritual nature and from your Divine guidance, and discover that it is possible to end that separation, it is natural to seek a spirit-based life that can join the Earthly with the Divine.  As a part of that seeking, you come to understand that change is a necessary part of the equation for success.  You learn that you must change how you relate to the Divine nonphysical world.  You discover that in order to change, you must exchange your limited human view of what is really real for a more aware view that includes the Divine in all things.

This may sound like it would be easy to do.  After all, your logical brain understands the concepts.  You learn in school that if you study hard and grasp a teaching, you will probably get a good grade. Likewise, you learn that if you do not do your homework, you may get punished with a bad grade.  If your grades are poor, even more punishment may follow when you get home.  When you have been at the effect of the world's punishment long enough, you begin telling yourself you are wrong even if no one else says it.  After years of this educational conditioning, it is normal for you to think that life is like this too.  If this is your reference point, you likely expect that successes come from working  hard, from struggle, and from making success happen. If you feel you are not manifesting the success you seek, you likely judge yourself and label yourself as wrong or bad.  If you feel you have manifested a success, there is a tendency to believe this success has come to you because of something you did through working hard or through painstaking effort, rather than because of the Divine being that you are and your ability to simply connect with that Divine nature.

If you apply this limited point-of-view to your quest to make spirit real, the scenario may look something like this example:

You read in a magazine that meditation is a key to connecting with spirit.

You attend a workshop to learn how to meditate, applying your rational mind to the technique and studying the method with the thought of guaranteeing success by doing it the "right way."

You practice the meditation technique, following strict guidelines of when and how to do it.

On days when the meditation practice is missed, you send yourself various messages of judgment and punishment.

Meanwhile, in general when not meditating, you continue with your normal paradigm human life that is basically devoid of spirit.

You continue practicing the meditation technique for long periods, or perhaps give up on it and stop, in either case questioning why the practice has not lead to a more tangible presence of the Divine in everyday life and wondering what you have done wrong.

This is just one example of how you can feel empty and like a failure when you approach seeking spirit as though it were a project for the rational mind.  What has happened is that you have been applying a non-Divine reference point to your quest.  This is a false view and it will keep you locked into the normal limited condition that tends to separate spirit from being human.

Among the alternate, more useful approaches to pursuing a practice such as meditation include the following, which incorporate a Divine reference point:

You read in a magazine that meditation is a key to connecting with spirit.  You remind yourself that there are indeed countless paths to having such a connection.   You ask within for a confirmation of how, and in what form, meditation can help you to connect more with the Divine.  You listen for the answers to this inquiry before taking action.

If an opportunity presents itself to attend a workshop involving meditation, you go within your own heart center to inquire about whether it is an appropriate opportunity and whether this is the optimal time to pursue it.  If, upon investigating this opportunity, you discover that it is not your optimal next step, you allow the Divine to speak to you about why it is not optimal and about what is preferred.  If you feel guided to avail yourself of the meditation workshop, you remember to place your rational mind in the backseat and to approach the study with an open heart and open mind.  You resist the temptation to use the practice as a yardstick or guarantee of successful connection with spirit.  You resist the temptation to approach your practice with a rigid mindset, allowing spirit to reveal to you what will be most useful to your personal journey at this time.

Instead of applying your rational mind to the practice of meditation, you allow the insights from your meditations to translate into your daily life activities.  This means being open to receiving the insights, even those that come to you hours or days after a meditation.  It means learning to connect the dots.

If you find yourself unable to meditate on some days, you remember to be gentle with yourself, letting go of judgment.  You remember that there are numerous tools for the Divine connection you seek, asking your Higher Self to open your mind to them as they are presented in everyday life.  When not meditating, you continue with your regular activities, realizing that each moment has the potential of becoming a waking meditation that allows you to join with the Divine.

You continue appropriately practicing the meditation technique, while also continuing your approach of waking meditation, allowing each of them to naturally lead to the more tangible presence of the Divine in your life.

What does it mean to live your life as though it were a waking meditation?  It means you are willing to see the Divine as it manifests all around you.  When you do this, you hear your angelic guides or your own Higher Self when they speak clearly and loudly through the people and circumstances of your life.  You allow yourself to be receptive to these messages of Divine wisdom presented to you in even mundane situations such as driving, shopping, interactions with other people, or watching television. You are open to the opportunities each of your everyday life situations presents.  You invite the Divine to reveal to you the teachings most appropriate for your path.  To proceed successfully with a life of waking meditation involves a state of awareness that must be developed with intention and maintained with attention.

If you are having difficulties connecting with spirit, you can ask the Divine to remind you that you are not broken. You are conditioned by your humanness to want to fix things that do not need fixing, believing that you lack something you need for successful connecting with the Divine.  You may read dozens of books or participate in a string of workshops designed to open you to spirit, each time with the conviction that you need fixing before you can have the Divine as a tangible part of your life.

There is also a tendency to desire an immediate fix. In modern day times, with microwaves, DSL Internet access and fast food drive-throughs, you become accustomed to having your needs met instantly.  This modern-day human desire for urgent or immediate resolution is not the way of spirit.  You cannot place an order for spirit like you do for a hamburger. Asking spirit for guidance is not like sending an e-mail either.  When you send a friend an e-mail, you learn to expect very quick responses, quite often involving either a return e-mail or a phone call. Remember that spirit will speak to you, if you allow it, through many varied vehicles of communication. When you ask your Higher Self to provide guidance about your life, you need to have a long enough and wide enough attention span to receive the answers. Some answers, most notably those that you are really ready to hear and make use of presently, may begin to come quickly. These answers may come to you in the form of things your loved ones say, things you read or hear in everyday conversation, insights from your dreams, or through countless other ways spirit has to communicate with you.  Other guidance may be communicated days, weeks or months after your inquiry, reflecting your ability to better digest the information at that time.   More often than not, in the beginning, you simply miss the obvious and overlook it when spirit is responding to your invitation.

Pay close attention to everything in your environment.  Ask your Higher Self to help you stay on track as you get accustomed to this new way of experiencing the world through the eyes of the Divine.  As part of this, you may want to begin each day by inviting your Higher Self to show you how to see more clearly through your fear and confusion.   Invite your Higher Self to partner with you in the day ahead, revealing to you the answers to your questions, providing you with gentle and loving reminders to see and hear the
Divine guidance being presented throughout the day.

As you move out of confusion and into more clarity in the days to come, we surround you with our love and blessings.  We are The Council of 12.

"Obstacles to Change, Part 3"

by Selacia

Messages from The Council of 12

--How Language Prevents Us From Manifesting Our Desires--

Note from Selacia:
"We know that words can hurt.  The young teenage girl who has been teased at school for being chubby may feel the pain of the hurtful words as though it were a knife entering her heart.  The words also register within her subconscious memory banks.  The pain caused by hurtful words is recorded within the child’s DNA.  The girl grows up with a tendency to be overweight, hating her body and going from diet to diet in hopes of changing herself into the slim figure she sees in magazine ads.   As an adult spiritual seeker, she wants to change what she sees in the mirror, and she wants to change how she feels about herself, realizing that her self-loathing is an obstacle to fully knowing her True Self.  Despite her positive intentions to heal these things, the woman finds her desired healing out of reach.   She is unable to change how she nourishes her body, mind and soul.  Why is it that people so seemingly determined to change are unable to succeed?  This article is meant to address language and how it can be an obstacle to successful change.  Please note that although the example given relates to a woman, the information applies to both men and women."

People in all levels of spiritual development are in the midst of change.   The element of change is the one thing that can be counted on to continue throughout the human physical experience.  For most people, it often seems as though change is something that happens to them, rather than something that they create.   They dislike much of what life seems to dish out to them, and they yearn for changes in how they experience key core issues.  Most people on a journey involving consciousness would like to rid themselves of addictive habits or other ways of being that cause feelings of limitation and struggle.  They naturally seek to change these painful experiences into joyful ones.  One of the major obstacles people face is a reference point that is based on a worldly view of how things work.  The tool of language is overlooked or underrated.  The Divine is not considered a tangible part of the equation for successful change, and the Divine is viewed as separate from the language operating in peoples’ everyday lives.  This view focuses on behavior, avoidance and the idea one must make things happen.  This reference point is not an effective vehicle for positive change.

Consider the example of the 35-year-old woman who seeks to change her overweight body and self-loathing into a more positive experience.  After decades of yo-yo dieting, she feels defeated by the pain of being f! at in a society that values thinness.  She experiences conflicts in her relationships with others, unable to change her self-loathing into self-love.  What she does not realize is that her ability to transform this issue is greatly impacted by the language she lives with.

What does it mean to live with language?  When a human being first comes into the world, it is impacted by the language of its parents and other caretakers.  Even when in the womb, the baby takes in words and nonverbal language.  Each word spoken carries the vibration of sound.   If the mother speaks negatively about life, the baby receives this negative tone.  Likewise, if the mother thinks negatively about life, the baby also receives these energetic imprints.  The baby is unable to discern truth and unable to shield itself from the negative communications.  After being born, the child continues to receive messages from its environment.  These messages are often in the form of negative remarks the child hears.  (The child takes in these messages and incorporates them into belief systems held within the subconscious).   Here is one example.  The mother may comment about the child’s baby fat, expressing concern that the child may have inherited the family’s weight problem.   This kind of opinion can set up expectations for failure.  It is more than the words themselves.  It is the subtle meanings behind the words.  Saying that the family has a weight problem, for example, is labeling weight as a problem.  The word problem is one of many words that have direct or subtle associations with negativity.   When someone says there is a problem, there is implied judgment.  After all, most people view problems as something bad and to be avoided.  Sometimes the problem is labeled with still further negativity by a decision that it was somehow deserved, or that it is a karmic debt that must be repaid.  In cases like this, language becomes the punitive vehicle for negative change.

In other cases, words are spoken with implied threat, warning of impending punishment or other dire consequences. Language may imply blame, making someone or something wrong.   Language may also infer that the person seeking the change is a victim.  Some specific examples of negative language that serves as an obstacle to positive change include the following:

·Stop eating that or you will be fat just like your mother.

·It is hard to lose weight.
·This diet will never work.
·He always talks about my weight.
·Everyone in my family is overweight.
·I always feel fat.
·I never feel good about my body.
·I must lose weight.
·I need to lose weight.
·I should  lose weight.
·I have to lose weight.
·If only he would stop bringing ice cream into the house, I could lose weight.
·If only there were more time to fix healthy meals, I could lose weight.

Language that comes from a place of doubt and powerlessness is also an obstacle to positive change.  A part of you is saying one thing and another part, most likely wrapped up in a limiting core belief, is saying another; This creates a division within.  You will either received mixed results or you will simply continue to experience whatever painful condition you seek to change.  Some examples of doubtful and powerless thinking include:

·I hope I can do it this time.

·I wish I could be thin.
·I want to lose weight.

Each of these examples illustrates an underlying reference point of powerlessness.  Each has the energy of putting off into the future what you desire to manifest.  When you say these things, either to yourself or others, as you seek to make the change of becoming thin, you sabotage your efforts.

Language that communicates "no" to life, rather than "yes," will also stop you in your tracks.  Everyone learns as a toddler to say "no."  In fact, at that stage of life, communicating this is one of your few options when faced with something you do not  want to do.  The energy of this "no," as you mature, often translates into a resistance to change.  Even if the change is something you think that you really want, there may be an inherent resistance to it.  Even if a trusted friend lovingly points out something in your personal life that would be helpful for you to see and resolve, you may stubbornly refuse to examine it.  The language communicated at such times tends to reflect the energy of "I can’t" or "I won’t."  When you say "no" loud enough, you may even refuse to acknowledge such gifts of insight when they are offered.   Your rational mind will play tricks on you, convincing you that you have all the answers and that no one else understands what you need.  When you are saying "no" to life and to positive change in this way, you are also excluding your intuitively guided reason that could help you get to "yes."

How do you turn this situation around so that you can begin to manifest more of the positive change you seek?  First, set your intention to become more aware of the language involved in your everyday life.  This means paying close attention to the words you say to others as well as the words you voice quietly to yourself as part of your internal dialogue.  Notice the interplay between your ongoing self-talk and the things you say to others.  See how one feeds the other.  Pay attention also to the words you hear others say, even when they are not directing the words towards you personally.  Remember that there is a tendency to take in the opinions of others.  Specific things to pay attention to include:

·Criticism (self-criticism and criticism of others)

·Doubt (self-doubt and doubt of success)
·Complaints (about others, about life)
·Attacks and defensiveness
·Blaming self or others
·Use of negatively-charged trigger words (e.g.   problem, diet)

Second, consciously invoke the assistance of the Divine to teach you discernment involving language.  Ask for help in transforming your habit of voicing self-doubt and other negative language.  Allow the Divine to reveal to you an alternative, more appropriate language for each situation in your life.  Ask for patience and the ability to come from compassion as you proceed on your path of change.

Third, know that if you find yourself repeatedly saying something negative, either to yourself or others, there is a good chance you have formed a core belief about this issue in your subconscious.  Therefore, allow your repetitive language to show you what limiting beliefs you may hold.  Once such beliefs are discovered, you can utilize tools such as DNA healing to transform the negative beliefs into positive ones.

Fourth, when you hear anything about yourself or life, run the idea by your own heart barometer before deciding to make it your truth.  As you move out of confusion and into more clarity in the days to come, we surround you with our love and blessings.  We are The Council of 12.

"Peace is Around the Corner"

by Marion Pargaman

I would like to tell you about a quite extraordinary event that happened to me during a peace walk organized by Tovana, a Vipasana meditation group in Israel.

What happened was a very personal experience but I feel it is important to share it with other people.

The Walk took place on the first week of April. It intended to give an opportunity for Palestinians and Israelis to walk together, to develop dialogue and self introspection, inspired by the ancient traditions that guided people like Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King.

What I experienced on the last day was very much in the spirit of peace and coexistence, of calm and serenity created by the walk in the midst of the atmosphere of insanity and violence around us.

During 8 days, participants walked together from Tel Aviv-Yaffo to Jerusalem, passing by Jewish and Arab towns and settlements, in silence and awareness, declaring a commitment to deep listening and non-violence.

I joined the Walk with a group of Palestinians and Israelis who practice meditation and mindfulness together according to the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, a Vietnamese Zen Buddhist monk and famous peace worker.

I participated in several days of the Walk.

Monday 8th of April, the last day of the Walk, was the eve of the Holocaust day, a day of deep emotion for the Jewish community.

It went from Ein Kerem, through Jerusalem to the foot of the old city walls.

I planned to join the group from the morning, but after a sleepless night I decided to join later.

* * *

In the early afternoon I park my car at the final meeting place of the Walk. I walk up to the walls of the old city, to meet them on their way. When I get to Jaffa Gate, I find myself in front of a very agitated elderly Arab man exchanging insults with an elderly religious Jew who is standing at a bus station a few meters lower down.

Some policemen from a Border Police patrol are trying to calm them down, so that it wonıt turn into a fight, as they are extremely angry.

I stand beside the Arab, I speak to him calmly and ask him to sit down without reacting to the otherıs provocation.

I am quite impressed by the restraint shown by the policemen .They donıt defend one side or the other and respect both sides.

The bus arrives, the Jewish man boards the bus and the situation seems to have settled down.

Then, a Jewish woman who was there in the queue from the beginning of the argument, and who did not get into the bus, takes upon herself to start insulting the Arab who reacts immediately.

The police have gone and I am left alone to try to calm the situation.

I give my attention to the Arab who would have stayed quiet if he was not continually provoked by the woman. I try from a distance to reason with her without success.

She stops a passing police car and says something to the policeman who walks up to the Arab. I explain him what is going on and he goes back to the woman.

I am so happy that all the policemen in this situation act so calmly and help to restore peace. Then, a Palestinian woman on her way to Jaffa Gate burst onto the scene; she jumps to the conclusion that the old Arab is under attack and rushes in a frenzy to rescue him.

She yells some insults at the Jewish woman who was beginning to calm down, and the situation heats up again.

All my attention is now focussed on her. I feel she is like a bomb ready to explode.

I try to explain to her what is going on, but she is furious with me, screaming out her hatred, her despair and her pain.

This is Palestine accusing Israel. At this moment I represent Israel for her.

This whole situation is greater than the two of us and takes on proportions beyond our present meeting.

She shouts out her sorrow about what is going on now in the territories, the military incursions into Palestinian towns. She talks in particular about Jenin where some terrible fighting is now taking place. She has family and friends there and she says that our soldiers are war criminals.

She is convinced that we want to kill them all. Why do we hate them so much? They are not responsible for the Holocaust, why should they be paying the price?

She tells me about the refugees and their constant suffering for which we are responsible!

Pointing at the Jewish woman, she assures me that this Sephardi woman was treated with honor, as a human being, in an Arab country from where she comes, and look at how she behaves with Palestinians now!

It goes on and on; she shouts and spews her hatred for Israel at me.

I donıt try to argue with her at all. I donıt show any reaction to all these accusations.

I feel a huge compassion and an intense need to listen to her, only listen to her.

My patience is nourished by understanding that behind this overwhelming hatred is a deep suffering and pain aggravated by the present situation of war.

It must express itself in some way so that healing can take place.

I am ready to listen to what appears to me as the worst accusations, distortions or calumnies, without reacting.

I am aware that what reinforces my strength at this moment is that I have absolutely no doubt that the suffering and pain of the Israeli people is not less real and legitimate. I donıt let myself get tempted or trapped into guilt or anger. I am sorry for the tragedy on both sides. My compassion for her is not on the account of the compassion and sense of loyalty I have for my own people, for myself.

For me this is not an issue of who is right and who is wrong .

I feel very very calm and peaceful deep inside. I know that it is the only way to calm her fury.

I let her express herself for a long time without interrupting her.

As she continues to shout at me, I tell her that she has no need to speak so loudly because I am listening to her with all my attention. At the same time I find myself caressing her arm. She lets me do it and progressively lowers her voice, while continuing to let her despair overflow. She says to me: Do you understand why some of us come and commit suicide among you? You kill us anyway, so why not kill you at the same time? She even mentions the possibility of coming and blowing herself up out of despair.

I tell her softly that I donıt want her to die. Nobody should come to this decision. We all suffer on both sides.

She goes on and on claiming that the Zionists only want to get rid of the Palestinians. I tell her: You see I am a Zionist and I don't want to get rid of you .I wish we could live together as good neighbours. She listens to me!

She tells me about the demonstration that took place the week before near Ramallah. She complains about the Jewish organizations who took part in it. Then she asks me to donate some money to buy phone cards for Palestinians who need them. I give her some money.

At this stage the conversation is quite normal between us. She doesnıt shout any more, she is even able to listen to me.

She is almost calm when I notice the people of the Walk approaching us slowly, at the top of the street.

They are in a line, a hundred of them, one after the other walking in silence, slowly, quietly, aware of each step, creating an atmosphere of peace and safety around them. They are very present. They radiate calm and warmth.

I point them out to her and explain that this is the reason I came here, to join a walk of peace in which Palestinians and Israeli are together. I tell her about the Walk, its message of coexistence and peace; peace at every step, here and now.

I suggest that she come into the line with me. She hesitates and rejects my offer.

At this moment they reach us. Several people I know shake my hand warmly as they go by.

A young woman very active in a group of rapprochement between the two peoples, approaches her and gives her a kiss. It appears that they know each other.

I notice that she is very moved by the Walk and the atmosphere it radiates. She seems to me calmer and calmer. Nothing like the furious woman I met only several minutes before.

The end of the line passes by us and I want to join it. Again I invite her and again she declines. I tell her that I understand and respect her decision. Before I go I tell her: I am sure that some day we will succeed in building peace between us. She smiles and replies: Me too.

Then to my total surprise, she comes close to me and kisses me on my cheeks !S

She walks alongside the line for a while. She tells me that she likes this Walk, that it makes her feel good, gives her relief and that her mood is much better now.

I am very very moved. I feel overwhelmed by this encounter, especially by its unexpected ending. Peace was there around the corner, I did not miss it!!

* * *

I was aware that an intense moment of real reconciliation had taken place.

Everything contributed to it. Incredible timing that brought me to this place at this time; that brought her, in her turn, with enough time to first pour out her anger, to receive needed listening and compassion, time to calm down, so that she could be receptive to the subtle quiet energy of the Walk.

The Walk, emanating intense healing, bringing the tangible presence of peace and goodwill of a whole organized group, appeared just in time to complete the scene, adding a wider perspective to an individual encounter.

The thick walls of her hatred were shattered allowing her to express what was deep in her heart.

Kissing me was a miracle!

Within a short period of time, laden with emotions, her energy of hatred and death underwent an incredible transformation.

I donıt know if, or how quickly, she returned to her initial state or how long she remained calm.

I know that this profound transformation was very real and intense; no matter what followed, it will leave a trace and a memory that cannot disappear.

A seed of peace was sown in her heart. We must plant many more, and water them thoroughly. I never understood so fully the deep meaning of the words pronounced by Thich Nhat Hanh in Shanghai on 19th October, after the 11th September tragedy:

Terror is in the human heart. We must remove this from the heart. Destroying the human heart, both physically and psychologically, is what we should avoid. The root of terrorism is misunderstanding, hatred and violence. This root cannot be located by the military. Bombs and missiles cannot reach it, let alone destroy it. Only with the practice of calming and looking deeply can our insight reveal and identify this root. Only with the practice of deep listening and compassion can it be transformed and removed. Darkness cannot be dissipated with more darkness. More darkness will only make darkness thicker. Only light can dissipate darkness. Those of us who have the light should display the light and offer it so that the world will not sink into total darkness.

This story is not mine alone. I know I have the duty to tell it to as many people as possible, so that planting seeds of peace may go on and on.

"Into the Depths"

by Janaka

Dear God,

A few days ago I was invited to visit the Museum of Tolerance in Beverly Hills, California, along with a group of teachers. We were led by a man who survived one of the death camps in Poland during World War II. We started on the third floor and then, in a counterclockwise direction, we descended the spiral down into the dark depths of the holocaust, where millions of people were cut down like unwanted weeds in the garden of a madman .

How did this horror of the holocaust begin? What were the symptoms that led to the most appalling human behavior imaginable? These were the questions at the start of the tour in human hell. The tour showed us how when a long-time smoldering intolerance of people and diversity finds a dry, despairing atmosphere bereft of hope, as was found in a depressed Germany, a conflagration is apt to erupt.

And what a fire! The incinerators burning 24 hours a day, day after day, year after year, ashes of bodies blown across the land in a most hideous smog. If I did not know better, or perhaps if I watched my family turn into ashes, I might say where the hell were You? Or do You even exist? Yet I do know better. Still the questions remain:

How did this happen? Can it happen again? Where were You when all this was happening?

WHAT ARE WE TURNING OUR CHILDREN INTO?

While the museum does well at showing how intolerance of different peoples will eventually lead to persecution of the few by the majority when times become ripe for it, and how important teaching tolerance and honoring diversity will help prevent such a hell from happening again, as a Waldorf teacher I see our educational system as an enormous factor.

Down in that darkness, I heard the voices of men who spoke with such coldness about how to exterminate people, seeking to find out in a logical way the most expedient way to do so. I saw pictures of doctors with the coldness of a scalpel, who experimented on children in the name of science, without a hint of remorse, of feeling.

It reminds me of the stories that most people say is only psychological aberrations. Stories of large headed beings, with big cold black eyes, no nose, no mouth, heartless, sexless, limbs spindly, who think not on their own but in a group mind, who love to capture humans and operate on them. These beings have no understanding why these individuals make such a fuss over being abducted against their will and object to being a subject of an experiment. Even if it is for a good cause.

Some people say these are some sort of alien race, who have come to earth for their own agenda, perhaps trying to find a way to save their race from extinction. I have no idea if that is true or not. I see them not as aliens, God, I see them as a shadow from the future, cast by the children our educational system is creating.

Children in public education are pumped now from the age of kindergarten with in-form-ation. Forming these citizens into a limited thinking nation of beings who consume what comes to them. Only 'academics' are important in school now. Subjects such as art, music, physical education, home economics, etc, are either eliminated or nearly so in schools. They are not seen as important. Only gaining information to pass tests is deemed by politicians and text book makers as relevant. So what if teachers and students do not enjoy the many hours of drudgery. They need to get used to it; someday the children will become working members of society. Oh sure, there are a few gold stars and some plastic toys for good results, just like there will be raises and Rolex watches in times to come. Just be the best. Don’t fall behind the others in your class. Compete, compete, compete. After all, it's a competitive world out there.

And since this information is ungodly boring and tasteless, for it goes against the urgings of the soul, just like with fast food that needs MSG to create an illusion of taste to the palate, computers and televisions with their fast- paced images and thrills and whistles are utilized more and more to capture the attention of the child. And less and less does the child interact with a human being. More and more the child is plugged into the machine.

The head is pumped and pumped with images, the children's eyes wide with information pouring in until they become black, like black holes. They smell nothing. Say nothing. Just watch images. More and more they become numb. They become heartless. The masculine is diminished by eliminating activities that test strength and courage and loyalty and critical thinking; as well as the feminine, where nurturing, intuition and creativity is all but ignored. They are simply test takers getting ready to start their lives when they contribute to society as workers, making the dollar strong by their working hours. Androgyny of the mind. And since the masculine and the feminine are barely manifest, the adolescent desperately seeks to connect with them through sex; yet they have no social skills to go with the act. Our children are not taught to relate with humans. Get the best score. Past the tests. Our school, or state, or nation's prestige depends upon the scores.

The earth is forgotten. How to do things for oneself and for others is ignored. Their arms dwindle and become nothing more than spidery legs, to move upon the web of what the group weaves. And all who are different than they are nothing but prey if they get caught in that web, subject to the slicing of the scalpel.

These are the children we are creating, God. They are desperately trying to warn us as they shoot up their schools, their teachers, their peers. Our children are becoming aliens to us.

Going into that hell in the base of that museum, I came out so glad that there is still an educational system like Waldorf education, to offer hope to our children. Where education is seen as a life-long pursuit, to be kept alive by creating an atmosphere of respect and love, of tolerance for all cultures and peoples. Where the pillars of goodness, beauty and truth still stand strong. Where children are taught to think with their heart. I am so grateful, God, that each day I go to a school where we, the children and I, sing and play with colors and play with numbers and create sacred geometry and explore the ancient cultures.

THE PRIMAL CAUSE

And while our educational system is a great contributor of suffering on this planet, You remind me again and again, my All, my Self, that believing that we are but bodies, subject to birth and death, of the vicarious conditions that the world and circumstances have to offer, that we are here and You are there, is the root of all suffering. Yes, and when we remember that we can never be outside of You, Who is greater than space itself, we will act as such. And how can people feeling whole with You, remembering that they are simply, like everything else, a unique expression of You within You, create such horrors again?

We were told of Victor Frankl, who was interned in a death camp, who watched his loved ones disappear, who knew that at any minute a guard could come in and take his life away. He came to a point of either acting in a purely survival way of being, of the animal way of fight or flight, or to be something else. He realized then he would go for something else, and that something was love. He became aware that the guards could take away everything from him except love. And he began to love everyone, even the guards. He didn't survive-he thrived. He found freedom without conditions.

This is the secret to end such horrors. When we live in a society that values that way of being more than acquiring things and competing with one another; a society that wants their children to remember that they are part of and with All That Is, then instead of hell on earth, we will create heaven.

AND GOD?

So where were You in all this, dear God?

Waiting.

Waiting to be remembered. Like with Victor, or those who hid the refugees, or the guards who would not shoot, or those whose heads were held high as they marched naked to the showers, or the soldiers who wept as they liberated the camps and carried lovingly these bags of bones who barely breathed.

Always you wait, my Friend, like the sun that shines upon all alike, no matter what they do upon the earth. You Who have all of eternity to wait. Humming in the morning stillness for all to hear if they would sit still. Humming in the evening for all those who lay down their day's cares.

Humming: I AM THAT I AM.

May all of us, dear God, be still and listen. That we may end such madness.

"The Pot Of Loving Peace At Rainbows End"

A Message From Archangel Michael June 2, 2002
Channeled Through & Written By Carolyn Ann O'Riley

What a beautiful moment in Now it is My Divine Beautiful Beings Of Light. The Creator sends you all the love that you can ever hold coupled by the presence of the Angelic Kingdom to assist you.

The tides of war are appearing more pressing and looming on your Planet Earth's horizon. Your attention to your thoughts and feelings for love for All is very much needed at this moment in Now. Your concentrated efforts to visualize Peace could divert the events that are trying hard to play themselves out according to all that buy into prophecy.

Remember My Divine Warriors of Light that which is feared is drawn near. There are still so many within the Mass Consciousness that hold the energy and fear of past predictions of Armageddon that it is pulling it closer.

Your efforts are sorely! needed to assist in neutralizing this pull of negativity towards the Earth Plane's old prophesied chain of events.

If you've doubts about your own abilities to stem the activities just look how far you've come My Beloveds. The calendar as you know it was to have stopped at the onset of the year 2000. You are My Beautiful Beings Of Light this powerful, you have just forgotten.

Beloveds this is not to be your fated selected potential within The Creator's Master Blue Prints but it needs your attention to choose the potential of peace instead of the potential of mass annihilation through nuclear war.

Many are leaving the Planet at this time, through natural disasters, crashes, mishaps of all types but this has been their choice My Beautiful Beings Of Light. They felt it was their time to leave and that decision was honored.

Many more will follow due to their own choices and decisions to depart. They have fulfilled thei! r contracts and are Home preparing for their next growth steps on their spiritual spiral of evolution. We decorate them and celebrate their contributions and efforts. We rejoice in their return and watch as each choose their next growth cycle. The Earth Plane is a very difficult atmosphere in which to learn and experience. Many had delayed their departure to help hold the light for the All.

Your energies and efforts to expand your light holding capabilities is very needed. It will take the concerted effort of all active light workers to maintain the growth thus far. It will take stretching to exceed and succeed at bringing Peace and thus Heaven to Earth My Divine Beings of Light.

This is a major clarion call to walk your spiritual talk Beloveds. Your Angels are here to assist you but they need your invitation in order to help you.

You are so very dearly loved, it is so hard to watch as One tries to destroy Another. The Creator never tells One to kill another in Its Name. The Creator, The Angelic Hosts and all Etheric Light Beings of Heaven do not take sides. There is no judgment being imparted within the Heavens simply observation of the actions, cause and effect. There is no Earth Plane competition directed or sanctioned by The Creator to determine what would make one right and another meaningless in the name of what is sacred or spiritually true. You all are of The ONE and thus there is no second best. You all have a unique part to play that no one else can do. No One else can be your puzzle piece. You are truly One Of
A Kind. You are all in perfection within The Creator's Spiritual Heart and this type of injury inflicted One to Another is hard to watch for all within the Heavens and on the Earth Plane.

Feel the love that flows down to you from The Creator and know that you are Its Precious Child. Allow the love to wash over you and fill you so that you do not feel lack or un-love. When ever you feel a need just ask for a spiritual hug and it will be granted no questions asked.

Visualize, if you will, all that are tittering on the brink of violence place them within a glowing pink cloud of love energy. See them being imbued with the Silver Violet Flame of Transmutation should they desire to accept it and utilize its energies to clear themselves of negativity and hatred.

Trying events require more love, more attention to visualization of peace to cool and sooth the swayed anger of those that would harm another in what ever name they declare their hatred to be aimed.

These heated Aspects of the All need to be loved and brought back into the balance of The ONE. Did you ever wonder where the phrase my brother's keeper evolved from. Most spout this phrase as "they are not their brother's keeper" but in Universal truth all are related sparks (precious children) of T! he ONE,  The AM That I AM, therefore, My Beloveds, you are your Brothers Keepers because you are all of The ONE.  Having defined that, it is part of  compassionate unconditional love to embrace All as yourself. You are not responsible for their actions, beliefs, or personal truths but you are to love them unconditionally and with compassion.

Divine Warriors of Light let us  break it down to even more of a simplified explanation: If only one Being within the entire Planet Earth was hurting no matter the cause, it is the
responsibility of All the Earth Plane Occupants to send that Being love to help them feel validated so that they can remember once again Who They Really Are and what They are a part of and where They came from. In defining it in those terms My Beautiful Beings Of Light can you not see why there is so much pain? All the tears of all the people that have forgotten that they are loved let alone ! remember that they are apart of the WHOLE that can not be lost regardless of how much they try. No One is ever lost, they have just forgotten Who They Are. When we say "Who They Are" We are describing their Etheric Universal Being here not their Earth Plane physical form. You are spiritual Beings playing on the Earth Plane as a piece of projected materialized physical matter.

As we thank you for your efforts thus far we send you more spiritual love energy. Allow it to enter and give you peace and share it with the All. Send it to the All daily. Include The Mother Earth and all things for they too are part of The ONE. The All deserves love and the All is Divinely entitled to it as part of their spiritual heritage.

Together let us journey in meditation. With your permission I'll accompany you.

Find a quiet spot where you will not be disturbed for a while. You may either sit or lie down which ever is more comfortable for you. Cover your physical self with a light blanket if you chill easily.

Invite in at this moment all that you would have join you on this journey. In your imagination request through prayer to The Creator to send you down a protective Ray of White Light by saying "My Creator I ask for a protective Ray of White Light to enfold me and lift me up so that I may experience the very highest of  vibrations during this journey into my most inner depths of understanding and Being. I desire to protect myself from anything that is not for my highest good on this journey. I thank you My Creator for assisting me by sending this Ray that is now coming down through the corner of the area where I am meditating and entering into this physical form, permeating all that is within this Beingness's
presence." The Creator has gifted you with a White Ray and a Golden Ray for this adventure. It is entering into your body through the soles of your feet and moving up
through your physical vessel permeating through out all of your energies fields and into all corners of the area that you are in, then exiting through your Crown Chakra. It is returning to The Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to The Creator in a circular motion.

You are now divinely protected and nothing can even  communicate with
you that is not for your highest good with out your permission at this moment.

We ask you further to direct your ego self to perch on your left shoulder at this moment. Instruct your ego self that it is to only be an observer on this journey.

Breath in deeply Divine Warriors of Light and feel the lighter relaxed feelings of being divinely guided into this adventure.

Breath in deeply allowing and seeing within your imagination your Highest Guidance join you and take your etheric hand to guide you into your Heart Chakra.

Your Highest Guidance! accompanied by your Angels, Guides and special
invited guests are now within your Heart Chakra and as you locate and turn the door knob of the golden door that says "To My Highest Guidance Within" you cross over the threshold.

You find yourself and your invited guests in a white marble corridor. Looking all around you become confused by all the different doors and conveyance systems available to you here. Your Angels sense your confusion and guide you to the elevator.

You enter the elevator and notice that the Angel has pushed the down button. You look very puzzled because here there is to be no down button. Your Angels explain to you that this time there is a down button because you must descend to the 3rd dimension to perform your work. They continue telling you that those that you will be helping during this meditation are stuck within the 3rd dimension. Your Angels tell you further that you currently are personally in t! he high 4th to beginning stages of 5th dimension within your own spiritual growth. You shake your head in acceptance of their information.

You think to yourself you had not realized that you would be helping others on this journey, usually you would be meditating to further your own personal remembrance work. Your Angels are reading your thoughts and are smiling, they've come to embrace you for your thoughts are confirming that this feels very good for you to help another.

As the elevator goes down to the 3rd level you begin feeling like every joint in your body hurts the pressure of going lower than your current vibration is something that you do not enjoy. Your are feeling heavier and heavier. You finally reach the 3rd level and the elevator stops. The elevator door opens and you exit into a hot dusty place. You see only a few blades of grass. Your mood feels depressed and your Angels tell you to take a deep breath that your work today is so very needed and will be appreciated.

You continue walking to the spot where you see several Angels up ahead stopped. They tell you to stop here and just sit down on the ground. They hand you a vessel and ask you to place all of your concerns and hurts within the vessel. They inform you that you must be a very clear Being in order to make this the most effective purest energy that can be utilized for the good all others.

You do as instructed and you do feel better even a little lighter now. You ask what is next. The Angels tell you that at this spot you will visualize a giant rainbow. At its tallest point its arch  will go up into the 6th dimension an at its beginning and ending points it will be back down into the 3rd dimension. At the ending point a pot will be created. Within this pot a supply of loving peace will be available. Those that desire loving peace can come and drink of the love and peaceas if they would be drinking clear cold water. The loving peace drink will be soothing and assist in bringing the Being back into harmony and balance with their Highest Good. Because this elixir will be so nourishing it will be desired by all that partake of it.

You tell the Angels that you are ready to begin and ask what you need to do. The Angels tell you that you are going to close your eyes and create with your highest energy through visualization this giant rainbow.  You do as instructed and there the rainbow appears all around you.

You become the beginning point of the rainbow. You are sitting in the beginning opening mouth of this giant rainbow arch. You look for a few moments because it is so very beautiful. You always liked to look at rainbows. You can feel the rainbow's colors wrapping themselves around you, embracing you and loving you for this work that you are doing.

You are next instructed to see your! self continually generating a wave of continual love and peace coming from your Heart Chakra that will travel through the rainbow's colored arch.

You begin this process and see the energy waves coming from your Heart Chakra. You find this visualization fascinating and very pleasurable. The wave is imbued with all the radiant qualities that the colors can add to it as it passes through the rainbow arch to the other side. The wave energy is converting into a liquid form as it approaches the other side.

At the end point of the rainbow arch the Angels have placed a large golden pot. The Angels are watching it as the first drops of love and peace emerge from the rainbow arch to fill the pot. The pot continues to fill. They tell you that it is now filled to the brim and that you can stop.

You stop your work and bring your concentration back to the location where you are sitting. The rainbow continues to stay in place. The Angels ask you now to stand up and they hand you a pair of binoculars. They point your gaze to the far end of the rainbow. You see the pot of loving peace sitting there. Then you notice that the rainbow's end is located in a war zone with a battle going on all around it.

You watch with your binoculars as a solider finally turns around and sees the giant rainbow. The solider looks rather puzzled but pulls their attention away from the battle and walks over to the pot. An Angel dressed in disguise as a common wanderer asks if they would like a cooling drink from the pot. The exhausted solider shakes his head in acceptance. The Angel takes the drinking ladle and scoops the special beverage into it and hands it to the
solider.

The solider takes one swallow and you see his expression change as he experiences the effects of the liquid. The solider can't explain it but he is now smiling and feeling ca
